good day my lumia 535 do get hang while trying to make a call i will only have to remove my battery before i can press it again whereas when i hangs it do work underneath (background like if i am listening to music before calling and it hangs the music will continue to pla) thanks.. solution pls asap!!!!!

How do I reset factory settings.

I have a Lumia 535 and after I upgraded to 10, it started freezing. I tried restoring it to default setting but the phone stopped working. Now the phone does not work well any longer. What should I do?
